    • 30,715 HOMES WERE SOLD IN 2017, A 4% INCREASE FROM 2016.
    • AVERAGE SALES PRICE: $250,251
    • “IN EVERY MONTH EXCEPT TWO, 2017 OUTPACED 2016’S TOTAL SALES FIGURES, WITH THE MOST SIGNIFICANT YEAR-OVER-YEAR INCREASE OCCURRING IN MAY WITH AN 11 PERCENT JUMP.” -SABOR*
    • OVERALL, 2017 FAVORED SELLERS: IT HAD THE LOWEST INVENTORY REPORTED IN DECEMBER AT 3.1 MONTHS.
    • THE LOWEST DAYS ON MARKET OCCURRED IN AUGUST AT 48 DAYS
    • THE HIGHEST DAYS ON MARKET CAME IN FEBRUARY & DECEMBER AT 63 DAYS ON MARKET.
    • 44.8% OF THE YEAR’S SALES WERE HOMES PRICED UNDER $200K.
    • 49.8% OF THE YEAR’S SALES WERE HOMES PRICED BETWEEN $200K-$500K
    • 5.4% OF THE YEAR’S SALES WERE HOMES PRICED OVER $500K
