It’s officially Fall y’all! If you are as obsessed with Fall as I am, you have been looking forward to this season since fall ended last year. Fall is a family favorite in our household. Pumpkin spice coffee and candles, pumpkin pie, decorating the entire house with fall decor, walking through Hobby Lobby just browsing (okay, buying too) their fall collection. Seriously, we love it!
With all that said, we have created a list of some of the best pumpkin patches in and around San Antonio! Check it out!

Helotes Hills United Methodist Church

University United Methodist Student Ministry Pumpkin Patch

The pumpkins come from a small family-owned and -run farm in Rocky Ford, Colorado. The MOPS Artisan Market is October 13, 10:00 A.M.–2:00 P.M., where you can enjoy shopping, face painting, playgrounds and more for the kids along with the pumpkin patch.
Bracken United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch

While exploring through the thousands of pumpkins throughout the property, you can shop, take pictures and enjoy the outdoors. Proceeds from the pumpkins go back to the Indian reservations that grow them, as well as to support ministries of Bracken Church. Free train and hayrides are open on the weekends. They are also offering family photo sessions this year. Only a $5 fee in the patch and you will get that as a credit towards your digital album.

The admission fee of $8 includes access to many photo ops with scarecrows and farm decorations, a scenic hayride, children’s play areas, hay maze, tire climbing area, petting zoo, pig races, a big corn play box and giant slide! They have hundreds of pumpkins for you to buy, take home, or paint there! Well behaved dogs are permitted. It’s beautiful there, so bring a camera. Most years their creek fills to add a scenic pond in October!

Free photo ops and activities. There will be a huge selection of standard pumpkins along with other varieties such as orange and white minis, wee bees, spookies, and autumn wings. There will be a free community Fall Festival on Saturday, October 27 that will feature decorated car trunks, music, games, candy, food, bounce houses, and prizes.

There many activities for both children and adults. There will also be a professional lifestyle photographer hanging out in the pumpkin patch. For a small charge, they will be ready to snap some professional photos of your family enjoying the day! The Photographer will be there from 11am-4pm.

Circle N Maze is located on 5.5 acres and includes a sugar skull maze, a maze for little ones, a huge pumpkin patch, picture stations, petting zoo with live baby animals, and more.

Although it’s a good drive from San Antonio, it’s worth it! Sweet Berry Farms has a lot to do and you can spend all day there. They have hayrides, pumpkin painting, horse rides, goats, food, face painting, wildflower picking, a small maze for toddlers and much more! Barton Hill Farms is another pumpkin patch that requires a drive. But, there is plenty to do to make a day out of it! Come out to Barton Hill Farms and make memories with friends and family! They have fun activities for all ages! From taking Fall photos and picking out your pumpkin in the pumpkin patch, to getting lost in the corn maze, jumping on the jumping pillow, playing human fooseball, corn hole, and more!
